This is a HIGHLIGHT team event every year. Kick off the new year with your friends at Crawfish Aquatics as we travel to Laurel to “face off” with some new teams!
Meet Information: posted on the CA Website. 12 & Unders swim in the morning & 13 & Older in the afternoon (Sat/Sun). Friday afternoon entries TBD.
Travel/Hotel Room Information:
The plan is to charter 2 buses- a 12 & Under Bus and a 13 & Older Bus. In order to justify getting 2 buses, we need to know that we can fill both buses with parents/swimmers, regardless of their hotel rooming situation. The bus is one of the most fun parts of the weekend! Please email us ASAP to let us know who from your family would ride the bus to help us get a count and finalize our reservations.
A hotel block has been reserved for those swimmers traveling without their parents that will need to stay in a CA Chaperoned room. Another hotel block has been reserved under “Crawfish Aquatics Parents”- this is a call-in block for parents and swimmers not staying in a CA Chaperoned room. Travel Trip T-SHIRTS! - We will have custom shirts made for the trip… Crawfish will provide each registered swimmer with a t-shirt. Parents/siblings can also purchase shirts for $10 each. (Indicate size for EACH upon signing up)
Important Dates:
December 6th- sign up deadline- all swimmers
December 13th-
- parent shirt orders/payments of $10/shirt due
- deposit of $50/person for bus & those riding bus/staying in CA chaperoned rooms due
January 10th- final payment of $75 for those staying in CA chaperoned rooms
