Summer Classic Meet- June 18-19 at LSU- early sign up & scratch deadlines

The Summer Classic Meet at LSU will be offered for swimmers in the Red, Blue groups that are NOT attending the Damon McCoy meet (June 10-12) and also for swimmers in the Yellow, White group (regardless of Damon McCoy meet participation). Swimmers in Green (ages 8 & U) and the Summer Swim Team groups will not be entered in this meet. 9 year olds in Green group WILL be entered in this meet.
Blue/Red group swimmers- this will be a sign up meet and the sign up deadline is May 2nd as there is an early meet deadline for this meet. Swimmers will discuss day(s) for meet participation with Coach Billy as swimmers may be limited to one day each for participation or to Saturday/Sunday only for participation.
White/Yellow group swimmers must scratch from this meet by May 30 if they will not participate.
Green group swimmers will be entered in the CCSC 8 & U meet (June 24) rather than the Summer Classic. That meet information and scratch deadline will be posted at a later date in May (waiting on info from CCSC host).
AM PRELIMS: WARM-UP 8:30-9:15, MEET START 9:30
Saturday & Sunday
AM PRELIMS: WARM-UP 7:15-8:15, MEET START 8:30
PM FINALS: WARM-UP 5:00-6:00, MEET START 6:15
Meet Schedule for 12 & Under Swimmers:
SAT & SUN Mid-day (one session each day; “timed finals”- no prelims/finals)
- tentative warm up/start times until the meet entries received/timeline established
- Warm up will run for 1 hour & will not begin before 12PM; meet will start 15 min following warm up
