About Home Workouts
We want to help our members stay active and healthy during these weeks of social distancing in response to COVID-19! Get outside, get aerobic daily and follow along as your coaches provide you with dryland routines you can do at home. Share an occasional workout pic with us by emailing office.br@crawfishaquatics.com or tagging us/ sharing through social media.
You are #CRAWFISHSTRONG and together we will continue #GoingToGreatness as we #DigDeep and look to what is possible to accomplish rather than what is not possible due to restrictions. The core values that are Crawfish Aquatics go deeper than swim practice. Stay safe and stay active- you've got this!
Our goal is to continue to be a helpful fitness & wellness resource during these times. Be sure to share some pics or videos from your workouts! We plan to share more as the week/s progress.
- The optional workouts are something that are voluntary and we hope they are a helpful resource. They are not required.
- We are providing options so athletes have something to do and not as a means to be able to bill the membership dues.
- USA Swimming membership insurance does not apply to injury at home as those ‘workouts’ are being performed without coach supervision.
- Since we are unable by the orders of our Governor to congregate and hold training, please remember that activities done by athletes whether a USA Swimming member or non member by being in a group where we have our own insurance policy are also not eligible to be used for coverage if an injury should occur.
And as always, be safe and smart when doing these exercises!
