It's Swim-A-Thon time! To raise funding for our community efforts, site maintenance and improvements and offer a comprehensive swim program with a place for everyone, Crawfish Aquatics holds an annual Swim-A-Thon. The SAT is not just a fundraiser or time to "come swim laps", this is a time to come together and celebrate Crawfish Aquatics and raise funds to help secure future growth, service and success. Thank you for your Support!
We are asking ALL TEAM MEMBERS & MASTERS to take part in the Swim-A-Thon fundraiser by registering and making the $50 event contribution (registration fee). Your registration fee includes an event t-shirt and custom Go For Gold patch!
Then, GO FOR GOLD by making your personal fundraising page and raising funds for your team. We have some great prizes for the Wall of Fame winners and every registrant will be entered to win raffle prizes (Arena bags, Swim Outlet gift cards + More!).
Swim-A-Thon 2021: GO FOR GOLD!
This is an Olympic Year (again!) and we are READY to witness the best athletes in the world go for gold! As we prepare for the 2021 Swim-A-Thon, we will strive to not only Go To Greatness and Dig Deep as our team mottos, but will aim to live up to the Olympic Motto: Hendiatris, Citius, Altius, Fortius, which in Latin means "Faster, Higher, Stronger"!
Getting Started with the Swim-A-Thon & Registration
Fundraising Website/Online Donation website
-Step 1: Register for the Swim-A-Thon on the SAT website. Even if you are not using a personal page to raise funds, you will register here to get your event items (shirt, patch) and show your support!
If you cannot attend, please register & support the event! Make up dates will be offered.
-Step 2: Send out emails, share on social media, ask in person, send letters, etc! There are promotional images you can use on social media, in emails or letters and even sample text that will automatically populate on your swimmer's page (that you can edit, or leave!).
-Step 3: Purchase additional items available for sale to help boost our fundraiser AND bid on some specialty Crawfish Aquatics items in the auction. JUMP TO THOSE ITEMS
The Crawfish Aquatics Swim-A-Thon fundraiser is one of our most important sources of income for those items outside our normal operating expenses. Donations and financial sponsorship help us to maintain the range and level of quality programming that we provide. Dues alone will NEVER cover all costs of maintaining pools and running a high-quality swim program. Funds raised by your swimmer will go toward your annual fundraising obligation. Plus, its a fun team event and highlight each year!
Success of the Swim-A-Thon allows us to meet our annual budget needs, make capital improvements, purchase equipment, assist in team travel trips, support Community Outreach Swim Lessons and Scholarships and make improvements to the age group swimming programs. This fundraising event is vital to our organization both financially and as a team building event.
100% Tax Deductible: Crawfish Agape International functions as the non-profit arm of Crawfish Aquatics as a 501(c)(3) status. EIN 47-3606420. Make donation checks to Crawfish Agape International or donate online! More info and EIN letter.
Corporate Matching eligible! If you are submitting a donation for corporate matching, please contact the office also to inform when it has been submitted. This will allow us to watch for any required paperwork or online forms we must complete or alert you if we do not receive communication or request of information.
