Meet fees:
Individual Event- $5.00 per event
Surcharge- $16.5 per swimmmer (LA Swimming Surcharge, Team Surcharge/Heat Sheet fee)
Included with the June 1 invoices.
USA Swimming Membership is required.
Age Group division and HS Group swimmers that do not have this membership will need to purchase USA Swimming athlete membership by the Monday prior to the meet. Swimmers 12 & Under have the option of a Flex Membership ($30) which will allows for 2 USA Swimming sanctioned meets per calendar yeary. After that, upgrade to the full membership is required to participate in more meets during the calendar year. The only membership option for 13 & older swimmers is the full membership which is valid Sept 2024 through Dec 2025.

Meet Schedule:

- Parking For Meet Weekend
- Friday Parking will be Pay to Park. Since it is technically a school session there is a chance you get a ticket if you park at the Nat. The gravel lot and parking lots are paid on Friday, if you can find street parking it is free.
- Parking will be free on Saturday and Sunday.
- 13 & Older- Prelims/Finals on Friday-Sunday.
- Friday Prelims- Warm Ups 7:00-7:25am. Meet Start 8:00am
- Sat Prelims. Warm Ups 7:25-7:50am. Meet Start at 8:00am
- Sun Prelims. Warm Ups 7:00-7:25am. Meet Start at 8:00am.
- Finals warm up at 5:00-5:35pm. Meet begins 6:00pm.
- 12 & Under- Timed finals on Friday-Sunday (swim once)
- Friday Warm Up 12:15-12:40pm. Meet Start 1:15pm. (200 Free, 200 IM, 800 Free only on Friday)
- Sat Warm Up 1:10-1:35pm. Meet Start at 1:45pm.
- Sun Warm Up 2:00-2:25pm. Meet begins 3:00pm.
Team Suits, Apparel:
- Team Swim Suits are required for Junior / Senior division. Available for order through our online team store at www.swimoutlet.com/crawfish
- Tech Suits:
-13 & Over can wear tech suits at finals. Tech suits can also be worn for 400 Free/400 IM swum in the morning session (top 8 swim finals, rest will be swim AM) and for the 800/1500 Free.
-12 & Under- regular team suits / no tech suits - Shirt Colors: Swim-A-Thon shirts on Friday; Red on Saturday; Black on Sunday
- Swim Caps must be the black with white CA logo swim cap. These are available at the Info Booth (there will be designated purchase days announced ahead of the meet).
Additional Meet Flow Notices for 13 & O:
- Friday
- Positive check in for 13 & Over 400 IM by 8:50am.
- 400 IM will be swum FASTEST to SLOWEST.
- TOP 8 of events Girls & Boys 400 IM will compete in finals.
- There will be a 10-minute break AFTER 100 Fly, prior to 400 IM in prelims. There will not be a 10-minute break in finals.
- Swimmers must provide their own timer (1) for the 400 IM in prelims only. Timers will remain in their seats for finals.
- Saturday
- Positive check in for 13 & Over 400 Free by 8:50am.
- The 400 Free will be swum FASTEST to SLOWEST.
- TOP 8 of 400 Free will compete in finals.
- Swimmers must provide their own timer (1) for the 400 Freestyle in prelims. Timers will remain in their seats for finals.
- There will be a 10-minute break AFTER 15 & Over 200 Breast, prior to 13 & Over 400 Free
- Sunday
- Positive check in for Mixed 800 Free & Mixed 1500 Free by 8:50am.
- Mixed 800 Free and Mixed 1500 Free swum FASTEST to SLOWEST
- Mixed 800 Free and Mixed 1500 Free will alternate 800, 1500.
- Swimmers must provide their own timer (1) and counter (1) for the Mixed 1500 Freestyle & Mixed 800 Freestyle.
- There will be a 10-minute break AFTER 15 & Over 50 Fly, before te first heat of the Mixed 800 Free.
