Meet Information
WEBSITE SCHEDULE RELECTS ALL PROPER AND CORRECT STARTING TIMES. SCHEDULE ON MEET INVITATION IS FOR GENERAL REFERENCE ONLY.
Meet Flow and Information
Spectator/Non Athlete Bathrooms- Located in the gym with access from the outdoor area, near the outdoor pool (exterior glass double doors just west of the outdoor wooden decking). Access is only to the restroom hallway; please comply with all barricades and signage discouraging passage into the gym areas.
Spectator Seating & viewing- outdoor bleachers and viewing areas only . Tents, chairs for spectators are welcome in designated outdoor spaces- see pool map. Indoor seating & spaces are reserved for athletes and coaches, meet admin. Due to the size of the meet, parents are not to watch races from the back hallway, back hallway doors, or along the locker room walls.
Warm Up/Warm down- The outdoor pool will be open for warm up / warm down (only) during the meet, at all sessions. No free play or non-meet participants allowed in the outdoor pool.
Dog Policy: Dogs are not allowed on the JSM campus (this includes the Crawfish Aquatics parking lot and common areas and the drive from Anselmo to Bluebonnet that goes through the JSM facilities/lots). As lesseses of the property, we must abide by the restrictions in place. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.
Concessions will be available at all sessions throughout the weekend (inside the center of the white fenced area)- chips, candy, drinks.
Athlete Line Up for Races: Athletes will line up for all heats (INCLUDING 50M EVENTS) in the queuing area in the back hallway the scoreboard, at least 6 heats ahead of their race, and will flow to the block area as directed by meet admin. Coaches & athletes only in the back hallway/queing area AND behind the blocks at both ends. We will line up and send heats out for all races, including the 50 meter races starting from the Recordboard end.

Team Suits, Apparel:
-Team Swim Suits are required for Junior / Senior division. Optional for all other groups. Available for order through our online team store at www.swimoutlet.com/crawfish
-Shirt Colors: SAT shirts on Friday; Red Shirts on Saturday; Black shirts on Sunday
-Swim Caps must be the Black CA logo Swim Caps
.These are available at the Info Booth (there will be designated purchase days announced ahead of the meet.
Meet Fees & USA Swimming Membership:
$15 swimmer surcharge and $4 per event (swimmers can swim up to 3 events per day)
USA Swimming Membership is required. Age Group division swimmers that do not have this membership will need to purchase USA Swimming athlete membership by the Monday prior to the meet. Swimmers 12 & Under have the option of a Flex Membership ($30) which will allows for 2 USA Swimming sanctioned meets per calendar yeary. After that, upgrade to the full membership is required to participate in more meets during the calendar year. The only membership option for 13 & older swimmers is the full membership which is valid Sept 2024 through Dec 2025.
