Parking notice from host team- please allow extra time for parking!
There are a few events going on throughout the weekend, so parking will be a bit limited. The Gravel Lot behind the pool is the safest bet all weekend and will be open. Saturday there is a track meet so the main parking lot will be closed, and Sunday there is a basketball game so most of the lot will be closed.
Meet Schedule - this is an updated and final schedule from the meet host (1/8/26)
- Arrival: Swimmers should be in the team area, ready to start warm up 15 minutes prior to the warm up session.
- Competition Pool Assignments- there will be a Girls Pool and a Boys Pool for all racing.
- Main Pool- Girls. Scoreboard Pool- Boys
- Timelines (please note these are tentative!)
- Friday (Session 1) Warm up. 5:00-5:30pm (2nd warm up group- main pool). Meet begins 5:45pm.
- 13 & Older, Saturday & Sunday (Sessions 2 & 4). Warm up- 8:00-8:30am (2nd warm up group- main pool). Meet begins- 8:45am
- 12 & Under, Saturday & Sunday (Sessions 3 & 5) Warm up- 12:15-12:45pm (1st warm up, scoreboard pool). Meet begins- 1:30pm

*We plan to seat our swimmers in the large diving well bleachers (look for our team banner!). If we are not able to acquire this on Friday evening, we'll send you an updated plan.
*note spectator areas are raised bleachers and the open floor area along the scoreboard pool (chairs are permitted in that area)- all will be roped off
*the rest of the pool deck is reserved for athletes, coaches, officials and meet management
*Spectator / Non-Athletes restrooms are located next to the tennis courts
Team Attire:
-Shirt Colors: Crawfish Fest Pink (2025 Swim a Thon) on Friday; Red on Saturday; Black on Sunday.
-Swim Caps: Black Caps with Crawfish logo
-Shirts are not required but Black Crawfish Swim Cap is the only cap swimmers can wear in the meet. Coaches will have black caps at the meet also for purchase.
Meet Information
*Meet Info packet has preliminary schedule information that may be adjusted by the host team the week of the meet after entries have been processed.
Awards:
Scoring will be done for all 12&Under events.
-The 12 & Under age brackets will include be SINGLE age group: 6&Under, 7yr old, 8yr old, 9yr old, 10yr old, 11yr old, 12yr old.
-High point awards will be given for 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd place high point winner’s female and male for the single age group brackets listed above (this means the 3 highest scoring individuals, female and male, per age group- 6 & U, 7yr, 8yr, etc. through 12yr old.
-No trophies or ribbons will be given in addition to the high point awards.
-Sunday following the 12 & U session they will distribute high point awards. Coaches will stay for this to pick up any unpicked up awards to bring back to the pool!
Meet Fees:
- $13.5 swimmer surcharge and $5 per event.
- USA Swimming Membership is required. Swimmers that do not have this membership will need to purchase USA Swimming athlete membership by January 1, prior to submitting entries to the host team.
- Swimmers 12 & Under have the option of a Flex Membership ($40) which will allows for 2 USA Swimming sanctioned meets per calendar yeary. After that, upgrade to the full $90 membership is required to participate in more meets during the calendar year. The only membership option for 13 & older swimmers is the full membership ($90) which is valid through December 2026..
