Spectator Reminders
Walk Up Viewing Area- The first 2 garage door openings are designated as a "walk up/ walk away" viewing area for individual races. Please do not stand in this area for the duration of the meet. This viewing area needs to allow for rotation of viewers and spectators. See Map
Flash Photography- This is not allowed at the start of races or while swimmers are on the blocks (from ANY area of the pool deck, not just at the starting end). Flashes from a camera can cause a false start, which can result in a disqualification of a swimmer.
No Video/Photos from behind the diving blocks- This is an NHSAA, LHSAA and facility rule for the protection of the athletes. Video /Photography from the pool deck or hallway behind the diving blocks is not permitted.
No Dog Policy: Dogs are not allowed on the JSM campus, per our lessor, Jimmy Swaggert Ministries (this includes the Crawfish Aquatics parking lot and common areas and the drive from Anselmo to Bluebonnet that goes through the JSM facilities/lots).

Championship Meet Grade Divisions for competition, scoring & team champions
- Individual Events will be swum as 5-6th grade division or 7-8th grade division for racing and overall ranking/scoring purposes.
- Relay Events will be swum as one classification (5-8th grade).
- Top 16 individual finishers and relays will score points and receive awards.
*each team is limited to 3 scorers per event but all individuals in top 8 will receive the rank/award regardless if scoring points for the team. - Team award will be presented to the top 3 female teams and top 3 male teams.

Meet Flow
Spectator viewing is available in the outdoor, designated spaces ONLY. The indoor facility is reserved athletes, coaches and meet administration. Teams will be assigned indoor bleachers (for athletes, coaches, designated team reps only). See the pool/facility layout overview and assignments per team, per meet under the Meet Schedule section.
Athlete line up for races: Athletes will line up for heats in the queuing area in the back hallway behind the scoreboard, at least 4 heats ahead of their race, and will flow to the block area for their heat as directed by meet admin. Swimmers will enter the back hallway from the indoor pool deck, walking along the locker room side of the indoor facility and as directed by meet staff.

Important Facility & Parking Info
Facilities
All meets will be held at Crawfish Aquatics pools located just off Bluebonnet Blvd. and Interstate 10. Meets will be contested in the 8 lane, 25-yard indoor pool. The indoor pool has an 8-lane scoreboard and all meets will be timed and scored using electronic timing.
Parking
Meet Participants are ONLY permitted to park in the Crawfish Aquatics parking lot (off of Anselmo Lane), the Renaissance spillover parking lot or the former Advocate parking lot. Meet participants are NOT permitted to park in the front lot off of Bluebonnet (Ketcham Fitness Center member parking only), along the roadway from Anselmo to the pool or in the grass/non-designated spaces.
Facility Rules
All teams are responsible for cleaning up their team area during and after each meet. Trash receptacles are located throughout the pool deck and our staff is requesting your assistance in seeing that your swimmers and their families respect our facility. This includes locker rooms and the back hallway area. Meet participants and spectators are not to enter the Crawfish Aquatics weight room, Ketcham Fitness Center racquetball courts, or Ketcham Fitness Center work out areas.
Dog Policy
