Information from Host Team
- Parking is not allowed at the WOLTOSZ FOOTBALL FACILITY NEXT DOOR AT ANY TIME. It is a 24-hour tow away zone. Unless you have a parking placard or sticker for handicap spaces, you may not park there. All other legal parking spaces are open. Any posted zone like A, B or C is only applicable Monday through Friday til 5pm so you can park in any of those spaces.
- Spectator Seating: Folding chairs are not allowed in the building except for Coaches on the deck. Stadium seats are encouraged in the spectator area upstairs.
- Reddiset Swim shop will be onsite for all your swimming needs.
Meet Schedule - UPDATED (1/14/26)
- The meet has CHANGED with all age groups swimming in the morning sessions on Sat/Sun and no separate 12 & U session in the middle of the day. 10 & U will swim once, in the AM session.

Meet begins, 10:00am - Sunday AM- All Age Groups
*Prelims for 11-12, 13-14, 15 & O and Timed Finals for 10 & U

Meet begins, 9:00am - FINALS, Saturday & Sunday

Tech Suits: Swimmers can wear for Friday & any Finals sessions. Coaches will speak directly with individual swimmers for any revisions to this plan.

2026 Meet Information
Meet Fees:
$20 team travel fee
$11.00 per individual event
$4.00 SES surcharge per swimmer
$26.00 facility surcharge per swimmer
Lodging:
There is no team hotel. Travel and accommodations are to be handled individually.
Meet Flow Notes from 2025
- All 10 & Under events are timed finals, seeded fast to slow.
- All 11–12, 13–14, and 15 & Over events (except the 12 & Under 200 IM, 400 IM, 500 Free, and 1650 Free) are prelims/finals, circle seeded fast to slow.
- 11–12 prelims will be swum with the 10 & Under timed finals, in the 12 & U session, and after the 13 & Over prelim session in the morning.
- 13–14 and 15 & Over prelims will swim in the morning session.
- Finals format:
-3 heats of 15 & Over
-2 heats of 13–14
-1 heat of 11–12 - The 400 IM, 500 Free, and 1650 Free will be positive check-in events.
-The 500 Free will be OPEN (any age within time standard), swum fast to slow.
-The 400 IM and 1650 Free will be seeded fast to slow.
-The 1650 Free will be mixed, with all heats swum at the end of Sunday prelims—no heats in finals.
