Interested in Summer Season? Evaluations for Summer enrollent will begin late April and you can request a Summer Season 2025 Placement here. Summer season schedule begins June 2.
School Year Schedule for Novice, 9 & U, Age Group, HS Group:

- Novice Division:
•Ages 5-8 that can swim 25 yards freestyle & kick on back for 25 yards without assistance.
•Ages 9-10 that swim 25 yards freestyle (side breath), 25 yards backstroke without assistance.
•Ages 11-14 that swim 25 yards freestyle (side breath), 25 yards backstroke and able to kick 50 yards on their front and back.
•More Group Info here - Spring 2025 Season Dates: January 27 to May 8 (or March 3 to May 8, depending on day/time selection)
-Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs enrollment (M/W/S or T/Th/S for 10-14s)
-Ages 5-8 Years: 3:40-4:20pm, 4:30-5:10pm
-Ages 9-10 Years: 5:20-6:10pm
-Ages 10-14 years: 6:10-7:00pm M/W or T/Th plus Sat, 10:00-11:00am (this group will start January 15, 2025)
- 9 & Under division:
Swimmers ages 6-9 that can swim 25 yards freestyle with a side breath & 25 yards backstroke swim and additional technical points, swim team skills.
-This group runs year round with a partial month in Dec, May, August.
-New swimmers sign up for a placement evaluation using the Evaluation Request Form linked at the top of this page.
-9 & U school year practice schedule (August to May) is M/W, T/Th at 3:40-4:25pm or 4:30-5:20pm.
Winter/Spring 2025 (through May 15)
-M/W, T/Th, M-Th enrollment options
-3:40-4:30pm or 4:30-5:20pm.
- Age Group division:
Swimmers ages 9-14 that can swim 75 yards freestyle and 50-75 yards backstroke swim (and up to swimming all 4 strokes).
-This group runs year round with a partial month in Dec, May, August
-New swimmers sign up for a placement evaluation using the Evaluation Request Form linked at the top of this page.
Winter/Spring 2025 (through May 15)
-Age Group school year schedule is MWF, T/Th/S. M-Th practices are 5:30-6:40pm, Fri is 4:45-6pm, Sat is 10:00-11:15am (Fri/Sat can be interchanged).
- Middle School Training Group / 6:45pm Age Group
-Ages 11-16 that meet the entry requirements of 75 freestyle and 75 backstroke and confirmed at a group placement evaluation. There are multiple levels and coaches to split up groups swimming at this timeslot. This group is the same as our Age Group division program but offered at a different time/schedule, outside of the Fall school league season. For HS students, there are various levels between the 6:45pm MS/AG group and the HS Group; swimmers are grouped into practice lanes based on skills and current training ability (not just school grade/age).
Winter/Spring 2025 (through May 15)
-Mon, Tues, Thurs from 6:45-8:00pm.
- High School Training Group
-Enrollment option for 13-18 yrs with swim team experience, meeting or exceeding Age Group division entry requirements.
-This group runs year round with a partial month in Dec, May, August.
-Mon, Tues, Thurs from 6:45-8:00pm during the school year (6:20pm M-Th during the Summer)
