Meet Schedule
Will be confirmed the Tuesday prior to the meet.
- Live Stream Enrollment
- FRIDAY, Session 1, Warm up: 4:30pm. Meet Begins 5:15pm.
-1000 and 1650 Free are provide your own Timer and Counter
-Will be swum slowest to fastest. Alternating Heats of 1650 and 1000.
-CA Athletes swimming the 1000 or 1650 Free. Please arrive at 5:30pm - SATURDAY & SUNDAY:
Please be at pool, ready to start warm up 10 minutes prior to your warm up session.- Session 2 & 5, 15 & Older:
Warm Up 7:30-7:55am All Teams. Meet Begins 8:05am - Session 3 & 6, 10 & U:
Warm Up 10:20-10:45am. Meet Begins 10:55am. - Session 4 & 7, 11-14:
Warm Up 12:45-1:10pm. Meet Begins 1:20pm.
- Session 2 & 5, 15 & Older:

CA Team Suits, Apparel:
-SAT shirts on Friday, Red CA shirts on Saturday, Black CA Shirts on Sunday
-Team Swim Suits are required for Junior / Senior division. Optional for all other groups. Available for order through our online team store at www.swimoutlet.com/crawfish
-Swim Caps must be the black Crawfish Aquatics swim cap. These are available at the Info Booth (there will be designated purchase days announced ahead of the meet).
Meet Fees & USA Swimming Membership:
- $15 swimmer surcharge and $4 per event (swimmers can swim up to 3 events per day)
- USA Swimming Membership is required. Age Group division swimmers that do not have this membership will need to purchase USA Swimming athlete membership by the Monday prior to the meet. Swimmers 12 & Under have the option of a Flex Membership ($30) which will allows for 2 USA Swimming sanctioned meets per calendar yeary. After that, upgrade to the full membership is required to participate in more meets during the calendar year. The only membership option for 13 & older swimmers is the full membership which is valid Sept 2025 through Dec 2026.

Meet Flow Notes
- Spectator Seating is the outdoor bleachers & viewing areas. Athletes are assigned by team to indoor bleachers. See Pool Map Layou & Team Seating assignments linked under Schedule. Please note that Team Seating Assignments are for Coaches and Athletes
- Spectator Restrooms are available at the portable restrooms by the outdoor pool OR the Ketcham locker rooms, located off the indoor pool deck next to the athlete locker rooms. ATHLETES ONLY in the Crawfish locker rooms
- Athlete Line Up for Races: Athletes will line up for heats in the queuing area in the back hallway behind the scoreboard, at least 4 heats ahead of their race, and will flow to the block area as directed by meet admin. See pool map layout for meet flow.
