- FRIDAY, Session 1, Warm up: 4:30pm. Meet Begins 5:15pm.
-All events on Friday will be SIGN IN.
-1000 and 1650 Free are provide your own Timer and Counter
-Will be swum slowest to fastest. Alternating Heats of 1650 and 1000.
-CA Athletes swimming the 1000 or 1650 Free. Please arrive at 5:30pm - SATURDAY

Meet Flow Notes- Updated due to Cold Weather
- Entry/Exit will be by the outdoor pool ramp and the gym where our auxiliary restrooms are for Non-Athletes are located. All entry into the pool will be through the doors connecting on that gym side. We are keeping the normal entry/exit doors to the back hallway locked most of the event to keep the area where athletes line up for races as warm as possible for the day. The gym is CLOSED to all event participants.
- Spectator Seating has been shifted from outside to inside and the garage doors will NOT be opened this weekend. Athletes and spectators are assigned by team to indoor bleachers. The spectators bleachers will be Bleachers 6-11 toward and at the record board end of the pool and will additionally be able to utilize the side along the garage doors for a viewing area for the races. See Pool Map Layout & Team Seating assignments linked under Schedule.
- Please note that Team Seating Assignments are for Coaches and Athletes and the separate Parents seating in those designated bleachers are open (unassignted).**We know it is tight in these conditions especially the 11-14 year old session each day so we appreciate everyone's flexibility.
- Spectator Restrooms are available in the adjacent gym bathrooms accessed via the indoor pool deck and the entry and exit area for this competition and also there are available portable restrooms by the outdoor pool. ATHLETES ONLY in the Crawfish locker rooms.
- Athlete Line Up for Races: Athletes will line up for heats in the queuing area in the back hallway behind the scoreboard, at least 4 heats ahead of their race, and will flow to the block area as directed by meet admin. See pool map layout for meet flow.
- Concessions- There will be no concessions offered this weekend.

CA Team Suits, Apparel:
-SAT shirts on Friday, Red CA shirts on Saturday, Black CA Shirts on Sunday
-Team Swim Suits are required for Junior / Senior division. Optional for all other groups. Available for order through our online team store at www.swimoutlet.com/crawfish
-Swim Caps must be the black Crawfish Aquatics swim cap. These are available at the Info Booth (there will be designated purchase days announced ahead of the meet).
Meet Fees & USA Swimming Membership:
- $15 swimmer surcharge and $4 per event (swimmers can swim up to 3 events per day)
- USA Swimming Membership is required. Age Group division swimmers that do not have this membership will need to purchase USA Swimming athlete membership by the Monday prior to the meet. Swimmers 12 & Under have the option of a Flex Membership ($30) which will allows for 2 USA Swimming sanctioned meets per calendar yeary. After that, upgrade to the full membership is required to participate in more meets during the calendar year. The only membership option for 13 & older swimmers is the full membership which is valid Sept 2025 through Dec 2026.
