-Swim Cap: Red CA swim cap (there will be extras for sale as needed)

Friday Finals- Dance- Rave/Club/Disco- Wear any danced theme apparel
Saturday Finals World Cup (aka Global Night)- support your favorite country or wear a soccer jersey
Sunday Finals- Hawaiian

- Pool Map- Crawfish is assigned to the large bleachers by the diving well.
**Please note! There are teams assigned the pool deck on both sides of our large bleachers. We can't spread out beyond the large bleachers / or will have very limited space to set up any separate chairs, etc. The teams assigned to those areas next to our bleachers have first dibs! - Meet info on host website
- Thursday- Provide Own Timer for 1500 Free and we have 4 lane timer assignments for the heats of 800 Free Relay- 3:30pm warm up / 5:00pm start
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Prelims- In the Water at 7:45am. Meet starts at 9:00am.
- Friday and Saturday Finals- 3:30pm warm up / 5:00pm start
- Sunday 800 Free Session (Provide Own Counter and Timer)- 12:30pm
- Sunday Finals- 3:00pm warm up / 4:00pm start
Parking- Friday only- Lot/Zone 2865

Meet Information for Parents from Louisiana Swimming & Meet Host:
- Heat Sheets will be sold from the Main Lobby (enter through the doors facing Nicholson).
- Each Team has an assigned Team Area at the meet. These areas are for SWIMMERS and coaches only. Seating assignments for swimmers will be announced the week of the meet..
- Locker Rooms are for SWIMMERS ONLY.
- Parents can bring tents to set up the field in front of the pool.
- Addtitional facility notices from the host team:
1. No taping to walls
2. No sitting in door ways
3. No moving fans set up by the host.
4. No plugging in your own fans / cooling systems
5. Chairs are allowed in the dryland area but must be removed between sessions
6. No standing along the rails in the spectator bleacher area. - 7. THERE IS NO ALCOHOL allowed in the building at ANY TIME. Anyone found with it will be asked to leave, and it could result in your swimmer being asked to leave as well.
8. Spectators will use restrooms by the tennis courts. On deck restrooms will not be available for spectators. - Concessions, D&J Sports, Spectator Restrooms:
Concessions, D&J Sports will be set up in the front lobby (facing Nicholson) on the Spectator bleachers side.
Meet Fees
-LA Swimming surcharge of $15 + $6 per event
-Team Championship meet fee: $10
