IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
- Thursday 2/13:
- After 4:30pm, can park in any lot freely, before 4:30 will need $10 commuter day pass. https://www.lsu.edu/parking/permit/visitor.php, Shown as the blue lot on maps.
- Friday 2/14:
- Gymnastic Starts at 8pm, Lots closed by 4pm, before 4 will need 10$ commuter day pass. https://www.lsu.edu/parking/permit/visitor.php, Shown as the blue lot on maps.
- On Friday for Finals Spectators must park in Lot 108 after 4 PM. Shown as the Black Lot on Map. We will have a drop off that parents can drive through to drop off swimmers. This will be through the parking lot along West Chimes. Swimmers can be dropped right at the door that coaches and swimmers enter through. Shown in Picture #2 on maps.
- Saturday 2/15 & Sunday 2/16:
- Both All Clear, lots should be open and available, Shown as the blue lot on map.

Meet Schedule & Details

Athletes should always communicate with their coach to confirm times during the meet as to what time to be at pool for warm ups.
- Format: Top 24 from prelims in the 400 IM and 500 free and the Top 32 from prelims in all other events will swim at Finals. The 1650 Free Thursday / 1000 on Sunday is swum mixed, timed finals.
- Team Cheers: Swimmers report to the team bleachers 10 minutes prior to the start of each session for the Team Cheers.
- Relays: please confirm with your personal coach if you are on a relay. Most scenarios have been discussed so your athlete has an idea if they are on a relay or could potentially be on a relay.
- Thursday (1650 Free/ 800 Free Relay)
-3:30pm warm up/ 5:00pm start (all other state swimmers not competing on Friday will have Thurs practice locally).
-1650 Free Athletes arrive no later than 3:40pm, Relay athletes at 5:00pm and athletes loosening up 6pm
-1650 Free is are Provide Own Timer and Counter - Friday/Saturday
-Prelims begins 9:00am and Finals begins at 5:00pm.
-Arrive at 7:40am for prelims and 3:40pm for finals.
-Athlete must speak with their coach prior to leaving the facility! - Sunday (Updated February 13, 2025) (FINALS START 1 HOUR EARLIER!!!!)

-Athletes in 1000 Freestyle warm up information will be provided by Saturday finals, but all heats will run slowest to fastest and mixed gender with the first heat at the end of prelims and the remaining heats scheduled to swim and be completed 10 minutes prior to Finals warm up. The "final" heat will be the the top 4 female and top 4 male swimmers competing together.

-LA Swimming surcharge of $15 + $6 per event
-Team Championship meet fee: $10
